How do I change the tensioner pulley on 1994 Dodge Grand Caravan?

My bolt broke off on my tensioner pulley this AM and I need to change the tensioner pulley, how do I do this? I have purchased a new belt and plan on buying a new pulley but do I need to buy the whole assembly too? Thanks!

yes you do replace the whole assembly ,its a lot better than just replacing the pulley ,if the spring is weak it will cause the belt to jump off again,so don't take any chances with it,i always replace the whole thing,it doesn't cost that much more to
